If I have to cancel, what is the refund policy?

For stays of less than 28 days, you may cancel up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund, less Stripe’s 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable. For stays of 28 days or more, cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund, less Stripe’s 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
