Welcome to our beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom house, ideally located near Penn State University in State College, PA. Step into a modern space with new hardwood flooring and plush carpets throughout, complemented by fresh paint and a newly remodeled kitchen. All-new furniture compliments the house including countless additional amenities to enhance your stay.

Relax and unwind in the spacious and comfortable family room, where you can bond over board games or indulge in your favorite Netflix shows on our large screen. Stay connected with fast WiFi, whether you're browsing on your devices or need to get some work done in the dedicated office space. The fully stocked basement includes a complete laundry setup with a washer, dryer, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets for your convenience. Please note that the listed sofa bed is located in the unfinished basement area.

Neighborhood overview
Great family neighborhood on a quiet street. Conveniently located around many shops and restaurants; just a short drive to everything! Located less than a block away from a Sheetz and minuets from the scenic Penn State University campus.
Getting around
Driving is the preferred method with plenty of parking around town. Uber, Lyft, taxis and public transportation are all available as well. When downtown walking is the best method to get around.
